Our Store Policies

— Layaway Policy — Layaway is not available.

— Hold Policy — Customers can request an item or items to be placed on hold for up to a 48-hour period (this depends on the item/items)... please inquire within. If accepted/approved, half (½) of the total price would need to be collected at the time the hold was placed.

— Negotiating Policy — Research goes into our item pricing, however, customers are encouraged to “make an offer” and/or to negotiate the price on an item and/or items if they feel the listed price warrants that... regardless, not all prices can be negotiated (this depends on the item/items and is at the sole discretion of the Golden Fleece Antique’s team) ...please inquire within.

— Testing Policy — We will test items for customers (ex: lamps, electrical items, etc.) before a purchase is made.

— Return Policy — We do not accept returns of any kind (regardless if an item is used or new).

— Broken Items Policy — You are allowed to touch and handle the majority of the items in our store that are for sale (please do so carefully)... if you break an item ...you bought it!!! Our in store policy tag reads... "Good to see, nice to hold, once broken, consider it sold!!!"

— Vendor Policy — We are not accepting new vendors at this time.

— Assistance on the Floor — At any given time we have individuals walking the floors to answer any questions that a customer might have and/or to take any items up to the front that a customer is considering purchasing (we’re happy to start a treasure pile for you).
